East Central Planning and Development District (ECPDD) is seeking a licensed social worker to work in the Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program. Excellent fringe benefits, no nights, weekends, or on-call. This position is involved in coordinating the Case Management Program, which consists of planning, arranging for and coordinating appropriate home and community-based services which should be provided to clients in a timely and cost-effective manner. The person assigned to this position maintains considerable contact with service providers, clients, and works with a Registered Nurse case manager in the team approach to screen referred clients and determine eligibility. The pay range is from $40,000 to $45,000.

Assistant Project Developer
The Assistant Project Developer will assist counties and municipalities in the east-central area with developing and administering community and economic development projects. The Assistant Project Developer will work with all phases of project development, including research and analysis of data, planning, preparation of applications, implementation of funded projects, project management assistance and interpretation of federal regulations and program guidelines. Areas of concentration are chiefly economic development, community development, human resources, natural resource utilization planning, and programs to enhance the overall economic development of the Planning and Development District. The Assistant Project Developer will maintain close relations with officials of local units of governments, and contacts with federal and state agencies to coordinate activities by keeping informed on proposed and approved projects and on programs, requirements, and the objectives of the members of the Planning and Development District. The Assistant Project Developer must have the ability to work independently to complete projects in a timely and accurate manner. The Assistant Project Developer will also perform any other duties as assigned by the Economic & Community Development Director.
